Guidelines

Meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month.  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. during the school year months and 7:30 p.m. during the summer.

Please remain seated during the meetings.

Please be courteous and quiet when someone is speaking.

No running in the gym or outside the school after the meeting.  Please wait quietly in the school for your ride home.  School authorities have informed the 4-H Club that club members are NOT allowed in the hallway or outside at any time before, during, or after the meetings.

You have to attend 5 meetings in order to show at the fair. July does not count as a meeting.  We have 11 meetings for the year.  If you are ill or have other reason for missing, please let Bonnie Kracht know.  Commitments such as players or band members involved in sporting events, etc. will be excused.

Demonstrations can be done at monthly 4-H meeting, at a designated project meeting (with an approval slip from project leader signed) or at a county level event (with an approval slip from the event signed).  You may get slips from Bonnie Kracht.
